Job description
Dairy Queen is seeking a seasoned General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, including financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales, and guest service while ensuring adherence to owner and franchisor guidelines.
This role leads and develops managers and staff, manages schedules and labor, drives customer satisfaction, and works with the district manager to execute the location's game plan and growth initiatives.
