Job description
WingStop is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the District Manager, you will oversee staffing, training, and adherence to brand standards while managing costs and ensuring safety.
You will oversee scheduling, quality control, and customer satisfaction, while leading a team through coaching, recognition, and performance measures to achieve financial objectives.
