Job description
Papa John’s is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee all restaurant functions and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment. You will lead a self-sufficient team, ensure policies and systems are in place, and supervise operations when the Operations Manager position is unavailable.
Responsibilities include maintaining product quality, training, staff recruiting, scheduling, inventory management, and safety compliance to meet budget and guest expectations.
