Job description

The Wendy's Company seeks a General Manager to execute the store plan, achieve standards, sales and profits by staffing, training, operating and maintaining the store to maximize customer satisfaction.

This is a full-time, exempt position. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, STD, LTD and a 401(k). The role covers staffing, budgeting, local marketing and leadership of the store team to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
