What You’ll Do
Lead daily operations (FOH + kitchen)
Drive guest satisfaction and team performance
Manage P&L, food safety, staffing, and forecasting
Develop and mentor team members
Support local store marketing and community engagement

3+ years GM experience in quick service
Strong operational and leadership skills
Enthusiastic, team‐oriented attitude
