Job description
Papa John’s is seeking a General Manager in McMinnville, TN to lead all restaurant operations, ensure high quality products and exceptional customer service, and drive profitability. You will be a self-sufficient leader who makes quality decisions and builds pride and accountability in the team.
You will recruit and train staff, manage staffing levels, control costs, and oversee inventory, safety, and compliance while promoting brand standards and local marketing initiatives to grow sales.
