What Youll Own
Youll be the leader of the four wallsdriving great hospitality, developing your team, and delivering strong restaurant results.
Lead, coach, and develop managers and team members
Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational performance
Manage food cost, inventory, ordering, and cash controls
Execute scheduling and ensure strong MOD coverage
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and facilities
Build your leadership bench and develop your successor
What Were Looking For
Restaurant management experience
Strong people leadership and team-development skills
Knowledge of sales, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and restaurant operations
Hands-on, high-energy leadership style
Strong hospitality and guest-recovery skills
Food-safety certification
Toast and 7shifts experience is a plus
