Job description
Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in New York seeks a General Manager to lead a single restaurant to strong sales and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, drive team performance, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with company policies.
As the Restaurant Leader, you will implement systems to maximize profits, coach staff, and develop your team, reporting to the District Manager and coordinating with the support office as needed.
