Job description
MarcJax, LLC is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations for Wingstop locations in Shreveport, LA. You will drive food quality, service speed, and cleanliness while coaching a growing team to deliver a guest-first experience.
Responsibilities include scheduling, labor and inventory control, and analyzing sales and costs to hit profitability targets. A strong background in P&L management and a passion for fast-paced dining are essential.
