Job description
McDonald's in the United States seeks a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant and ensure our Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are met every day. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, and coach staff to reach them, while building a guest-focused operation.
Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience at high-volume locations, preferably in quick service, hospitality, or retail.
