Job description
Ruby Tuesday in Clayton, NC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales, and hit EBITDA and budget targets. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, foster accountability, and ensure exceptional guest service through the CHARM model.
You will recruit, train, and coach managers and team members, monitor performance, and communicate company initiatives to boost profitability while maintaining compliance with wage and hour regulations.
