Job description
Mo’ Bettahs in Utah is seeking an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations, including Front of House and Back of House, and drive consistent service quality. You will manage schedules, coach staff, monitor line speed, and ensure health and safety standards while promoting Mo’ Bettahs culture and aloha spirit.
You will lead team development, review performance, and help drive Same Store Sales growth, with a base salary of $55k–$70k and bonus opportunities.
