Job description
Wingstop in Carmel, Indiana is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, drive financial performance, and act as the store’s CEO of the business. You will build high-performing teams, ensure consistent Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and execute strategic initiatives to grow guest satisfaction and local market share.
This role manages labor and food costs, forecasts sales, and mentors Assistant Managers and Shift Leaders toward future leadership while upholding Wingstop’s bold flavor
