Job description
The Restaurant General Manager at Cyclone Anaya's will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure hospitality, food quality, safety, and profitability.
You will manage labor, inventory, schedules, and performance, coach hourly staff, resolve guest issues, and drive guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced Tex-Mex concept.
