Job description
The Gillis Organization in New Jersey is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable McDonald's restaurant while upholding Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and coach staff to improve performance.
Requirements include GM experience in high-volume quick service, hospitality/retail background, strong communication, and a HS diploma or higher.
