Job description
McDonald’s operates a restaurant in Gardner that is owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The General Manager oversees profitability, quality, service, and cleanliness standards, and leads a team of Department Managers to achieve restaurant goals.
You will hire and develop Department and Shift Managers, coach staff to improve performance, and partner with the franchisee to ensure smooth operations and strong guest satisfaction.
