Job description
Prospect Capital Restaurants is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Eatontown, NJ. You will lead both front-of-house and back-of-house teams, drive financial performance, and ensure high standards of service and sanitation.
You will hire, train, and mentor staff, manage scheduling, and analyze P&L to improve profitability while maintaining a positive culture. A strong leader with flexibility to work 48–60 hours weekly is essential.
