Job description
McDonald’s restaurant in Mineola, TX is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable operation and ensure it meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
You will lead Department Managers, set goals, track progress, and coach teams, and may hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right leadership for the future.
