Job description
The Hawaiian Bros Island Grill - Stine Ventures LLC Alliance, TX is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations, drive sales and profits, and ensure guest satisfaction through policy implementation and team leadership.
The GM will supervise all managers and staff during hours of operation, manage admin tasks, control costs, and coordinate with Territory Director to meet company objectives while maintaining a safe, high-quality work environment.
