Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead from the front, hire and develop great people, and run a strong restaurant operation. You will build a winning culture, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive financial performance across scheduling, P&L, and sales forecasting.
You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, training crews and shift leads, while upholding food safety and quality standards.
