Job description
DC Burger Inc. is seeking a results-driven Restaurant General Manager to own a location and lead a high-performing team. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure safety and quality, and drive profitability while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
You’ll develop leaders, optimize labor and costs, and use data to shape local marketing and service standards. This full-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays and offers growth within the brand.
