Job description
Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, hire and develop great people, and drive a winning culture. You’ll manage guest experience, financials, and daily staff performance in a fast-paced environment.
In this role you’ll recruit, train, and coach crew and shift leaders, oversee scheduling, P&L, food safety, and community engagement while maintaining Chipotle’s standards of hospitality and operational excellence.
