Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for its Peoria, IL location. You will oversee restaurant operations, ensuring team members stay hospitality-focused, people-oriented, and aligned with company goals. Reports to the District Manager and leads Assistants, Shift Leaders, and staff to achieve KPI targets.
