Job description
Capstone Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to oversee restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality and people. You will lead a team of Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to meet business goals and uphold Capstone values: People, Hospitality, and Integrity.
You will drive staffing, training, and operational excellence, while managing P/L and coordinating marketing initiatives.
