Job description
Dillas Quesadillas is seeking a General Manager to oversee all aspects of a single-unit restaurant. You will lead the Team, set the tone, and align daily operations with our Primo standards and culture. Drive financial performance, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
You will manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and development of Managers and Team Members while upholding Dillas values and community presence.
