Job description
Chipotle is seeking a General Manager to lead from the front, hire and develop great people, build a winning culture, and run a strong restaurant. You’ll oversee guest experience, speed of service, and daily operations to keep standards high.
You’ll manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, coach teams using Chipotle's training tools, forecast sales, control P&L, schedule staff, and ensure food safety and compliance across all hours.
