Job description
Wendy's Lake Charles is looking for a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the Restaurant Management Team. You will develop a high-performing crew, drive sales, and deliver on operational metrics while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment for guests.
You’ll model the brand’s standards, foster a customer-first culture, and coach your team through training, scheduling, and daily problem-solving to ensure consistent results and memorable guest experiences.
