Job description
Pincho West Kendall in Miami is looking for a General Manager to lead daily operations of our fast-casual restaurant. You will own guest experiences, people, sales, and profit while developing a team of up to 30.
You will manage food safety, scheduling, costs, and drive growth through local marketing and digital channels. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong communication and coaching to balance hospitality with operations.
