Wendy's in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the Restaurant Management Team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, hit sales goals, and uphold operational standards. You will mentor a team and drive profitability in a fun, family-focused environment.
Responsibilities include scheduling, food safety, brand adherence, and developing your team for advancement. Must be 21+, willing to obtain SERV Safe certification, and have reliable transportation for training.
