Job description
McDonald’s Corporation is seeking a General Manager for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee in Pleasanton, Texas. You will lead a team to deliver Quality, Service, and Cleanliness while driving profitability and guest satisfaction.
You have proven managerial experience, ideally in quick service, hospitality, or retail. You must be 18 or older and ready to mentor Department and Shift Managers, set goals, coach staff, and ensure the restaurant meets McDonald’s standards
