Job description
AES Restaurants is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy unit and foster a positive work environment and dining experience. As the leader, you will guide development, safety, and happiness of your team, coaching and caring for people to drive results.
You will be responsible for top-line performance and guest satisfaction, with emphasis on team hiring/training, scheduling, and maintaining strong cash and inventory controls.
