Job description

TACO BELL in Middletown, NY is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations and build a strong, high-performing team. You will recruit, onboard, and coach Team Members and Shift Leads, while guiding training and development to deliver fast, friendly service and excellent guest experiences.

The role involves managing scheduling, performance issues, and the restaurant budget to drive financial success, within a franchisee-owned environment.
