Job description
Wendy’s Cypress Texas is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead the Restaurant Management Team, drive sales goals, ensure food safety, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
You will build a strong team, provide flexible scheduling, promote from within, and manage operations with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.
You must have or be willing to obtain SERV Safe certification by the end of training and maintain a customer-first attitude while upholding brand standards.
