Job description
Taco Bell is hiring a Restaurant General Manager at our Danbury, CT location. You will lead the operation of the restaurant, build a strong team, hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, and guide new hire orientation and training plans.
You will schedule staff, address performance issues, manage the restaurant budget and financial plans, and drive guest satisfaction through fast, friendly service and attention to detail. Franchisee-based employment.
