Job description
Cicis in Trussville, AL is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, Assistant Managers and hourly team toward profit goals. The GM will model the Cicis Guest promise and drive daily operations across open, lunch, dinner, and closing shifts.
You will recruit and develop staff, maintain GER compliance, manage cash, inventory and cleanliness, and ensure HR paperwork is completed on time. Strong leadership and customer focus are essential.
