Jersey Mike's Subs in Pewaukee, WI is seeking a General Manager to take full command of a high-volume Jersey Mike's location. You will lead the team, ensure food safety, and own P&L metrics, reporting to ownership with direct access to the VP of Operations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as GM, multi-unit experience, ServSafe certification, and a track record of developing leaders while managing audits and brand standards. Full-time position with weekend duties.
