Job description

The Wendy's in Boston Heights, OH is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to lead our Restaurant Management Team, deliver excellent service, meet sales goals, and uphold operational metrics.

You will develop a cohesive team, provide great guest experiences, manage staff scheduling, training, and ensure food safety. SERV Safe certification is required by the end of training; 21+ and able to travel as needed.
