Job description
Taziki’s Café in Texas is seeking a Shift Lead/General Manager to lead a store, develop people, and drive results in a fast-growing brand. You’ll guide daily operations, coach team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
As a GM, you’ll own the P&L, build schedules, hire and train staff, and uphold food safety and quality. Shifts vary by location, including weekends and evenings, at Gruene Heights (New Braunfels) or Encino Park (San Antonio).
