Job description
Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and deliver a friendly guest experience in Kendall Township, Illinois.
You will hire and develop Team Members and Shift Leads, coordinate training, schedule staff, address performance issues, and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans. Franchisees set their own wage and benefits, and you will build a high performing team focused on operational excellence.
