Job description
McDonald’s Works for Me. The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for ensuring the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
The General Manager leads a team of Department Managers, coaches and guides them to achieve goals and develop the next generation of leaders. Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick-service locations, or hospitality/retail backgrounds.
