Job description
Dhanani Group Inc in Valparaiso, Indiana is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to oversee daily operations of a Burger King restaurant, lead the management team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales, profitability, and employee retention.
The RGM will manage financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance across all shifts, reporting to a District Manager while coordinating with team members, customers, and vendors.
