Job description
Workstream in Ardmore, TN is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a high-energy team in a fast-paced environment.
You will manage scheduling, labor costs, inventory, training, safety, and customer service to ensure profitability, compliance, and a positive workplace culture. Lead by example, recruit and develop staff, uphold quality standards, and communicate goals through regular team meetings.
