Job description
Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Amityville, NY seeks a General Manager to lead the restaurant as the primary leader responsible for sales results, guest satisfaction, and team development. You will drive profits, ensure policy compliance, and coach staff to deliver top service in a fast-food setting.
The GM reports to the District Manager and uses established systems to optimize operations, control costs, and build a strong crew focused on performance and guest experience.
