RESTAURANT MANAGER

Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced, energetic Restaurant Manager to join a dynamic, high-volume hospitality operation in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys being present on the floor, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

The Restaurant Manager will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, leading and developing the front-of-house team, maintaining strong service standards, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day restaurant and food & beverage operations

Maintain a strong presence on the floor and actively support the team during service

Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members

Ensure consistent execution of service and hospitality standards

Create a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment

Manage scheduling, staffing levels, opening and closing procedures, and daily operational needs

Monitor service flow and proactively resolve guest concerns

Partner with culinary and operational leadership to ensure seamless execution

Maintain standards for cleanliness, organization, food safety, and overall presentation

Assist with inventory, cost controls, labor management, and other operational initiatives

Support high-volume service, special events, and peak business periods

Ideal Candidate

Previous restaurant management or food & beverage leadership experience

Experience within a high-volume, upscale, polished-casual, or hospitality-driven environment

Strong leadership and team-development skills

Guest-focused with a genuine passion for hospitality

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy operation

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead by example

Ability to maintain high standards while creating an engaging and positive team culture
