Job description
Burch Oil Co. seeks a Dairy Queen manager in Hollywood, MD to lead dining room and kitchen operations. You will motivate a team to deliver fan-first service, uphold brand standards, and manage inventory and cash controls with accountability and ownership.
The role requires 1–3 years of restaurant leadership, a high school diploma, strong cost control skills, and ServSafe certification. You will work closely with the GM to hire, train, and support a positive, productive team.
