Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a FOH Team Leader based in Palo Alto, CA and the South Bay Area. The FOH Team Leader will oversee front-of-house (FOH) operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, hiring and training team members, maintaining high quality service and compliance with food and beverage standards, and fostering a positive work environment. The role demands effective communication with team members and guests while maintaining the company’s commitment to sustainable practices and excellent dining experiences.
Qualifications
Customer-focused skills, including excellence in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Proficiency in Hiring processes and team management to build a strong, dedicated team
Outstanding Communication capabilities to collaborate with staff and engage with customers
Experience and knowledge of Food & Beverage service and industry standards
Strong organizational and leadership abilities in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Commitment to sustainable practices and adherence to company values
Relevant experience in restaurant management or the food and beverage industry
