Job description
Cracker Barrel is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Texas. You will oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, coach and develop your team, and ensure a warm, country hospitality guest experience.
You’ll lead with care, balance operations with people-first leadership, and keep cool under pressure during busy shifts. Candidates should have 2–5+ years of restaurant management experience and be able to work 50 hours a week, including holidays and weekends.
