Job description
Shoney's-of-Knoxville,-Inc in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of the operation, deliver a quality menu, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service. You will oversee Front of House and Back of House, hire and train cooks and servers, schedule shifts, ensure health and safety standards, and manage costs while promoting the brand locally.
