Job description
Shoney's of Knoxville, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of the operation, deliver a high-quality menu, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
You will drive revenue, profitability and quality goals while maintaining a welcoming dining experience. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management of Front of House and Back of House, and the ability to hire, train, schedule, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
