Job description
Bonefish Grill in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Managing Partner (Proprietor) who will act as a hands-on leader across front and back of house, managing P&L and driving guest satisfaction.
You will hire, develop, coach staff, ensure safety and compliance, and uphold Bonefish Grill standards while building sales and guest counts in a dynamic dining environment. A degree is preferred; 3–5 years GM experience is desired; relocation is a strong plus.
